We typically travel to either Disney World or Kaanapali Beach in Maui every year. Lisa makes our planning so much fun. She takes our preferences, budget, and interests into account and gives us options to choose from. I am a planner who enjoys having Lisa make all of our reservations. It gives me peace of mind that if we encounter any problems with our flights, accommodations, or amenities, we can count on her to help us resume enjoying our trip. Lisa was very easy to work with and made our vacation planning go smoothly! She was quick to respond to our questions and always found several options for us to choose from. She knows Disney very well and was a wonderful resource in suggesting things to do while we were there. It seemed like Lisa was just as excited for our trip as we were and that made us feel like we were valued customers. I will definitely book all of my travel through Lisa!

Lisa provided me with so much help and suggested a different day of travel which resulted in $1000 airline savings !! Also updates on our April snowstorm with weather waiver info and current weather reports. Our flight was delayed but we arrived only 1-1/2 hours later. I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

My family has been working with Lisa to book our annual Wisconsin Spring Break vacations for about 10+ years. Lisa has always been very accommodating and looking at what we want. We had a vacation planned to Maui one year. We went to get out documents and the flights had changed, we were not happy with the flights and Lisa was more than willing to get on the phone and get us a new flight. We were very pleased. We also had a mishap while we were in Costa Rica and needed to come home early. Lisa was in communication with us via email and helped get us home earlier. Lisa then handled all the Travel Insurance so we could focus on getting healthy. We would recommend Lisa to anyone who needs a dependable Travel Agent and willing to go the extra mile!

Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty to help me locate my father. My father is on a cruise and we were unable to reach him. Because of his health, we were really worried about him. Lisa not only used all of her resources to help get a message to the ship we hoped he was on, but she was genuinely concerned. She is a very caring person that goes beyond a professional relationship. We could use more people in the world like Lisa!
