Destination Wedding Specialist! Incentives groups!

Tana was very great for our large group of 80 people. She worked with the resort and also with out wedding coordinators to make sure everything was smooth. She was quick to reply, beat the price of all of our searches, and accommodated our numerous requests for changes and add-ons. We will definitely be contacting her for our next trip.

We are so thankful to have found Tana to help get our party of 45 safely to Mexico. Our travel was seamless, and we are so thankful for that!

Tana was absolutely exceptional for us. We had a long delay that caused us to miss our connecting flight to Saint Lucia but she was with us every step of the way. Couldn't have done it without her!

Tsvetana was wonderful from the start. She answered all of my questions as they came up and also provided recommendations that are very helpful. The flights she booked us on were perfect , we arrived early to start and she booked us on an afternoon return flight at end of vacation so we could get as much time at the resort as possible. We also referred 2 friends of ours to her and she did great job for them to . She is my go to going forward !!! I would use no other agent

Great Experience from Start to Finish.

It was a delightful experience from start to finish. Tana helped expedite the travel arrangements for a large group for our daughter's wedding. Once again, I cannot say enough about Tana and how AMAZING her services are! She got an incredible deal with our airline of choice, including the best seats we've ever had! On our last day, I received an alert from the airline that our flight was delayed by two hours. Celebrating our 25th anniversary

Tana has helped us in the past with trips to Mexico, so we reached out to ask her to help with a trip to Couples Swept Away in Jamaica. Tana gave us room options and prices, and was very quick to respond with this information as well as questions we had about the rooms and resort. When we booked, we purchased trip insurance, which we thought was an excellent policy. We also decided we wanted a private transfer from the airport to the resort, and Tana arranged this quickly for us. Just a couple weeks before the trip, we asked Tana to get us Club Mobay for arrival and departure. She did this quickly and easily for us. Tana also made sure we had all necessary information for getting into the country. She made everything seamless and easy for us.

Our Return Trip to Mexico

Tana helped book a great trip for my wife and me to Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya. She made sure indicate to the resort this was a return trip and we were celebrating our anniversary so we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne, a plate of dessert, and a decorated bedroom.

Tana was quick to communicate but didn't overwhelm me with messages. I could always reach out to her for a quick response to any questions I had. There was no pressure or hectic payment reminders, just timely communication as needed.

Tana's all-inclusive price beat every price I could find online. She found us the perfect company for transfer to/from the airport at a great price.

We will book with her again for sure.

Always Great Service!

Tana has helped plan the last few trips for us to the Valentin Riviera Maya in Mexico. Tana was able to get us a great price and everything went according to plan. Prior to our arrival, Tana requested a 3rd floor room in Building 5. When we checked in, the concierge was going to put us in a different building on the first floor. As soon as I mentioned Tana's name, they magically found a room on the 3rd floor of building 5. The room also had a partial ocean view!! Tana also let the resort know that we were celebrating our anniversary so we received a special welcome treat. Tana is always available to answer our questions and will always try to find the best price. We are so happy with her services that we have recommended her to many of our friends and family!

Best vacation ever!!

Tana was very accommodating and quick to respond to any and all questions I had. She got us a great deal on a great room at a fabulous resort and made our trip run very smoothly by providing information and links to immigration forms ahead of our trip. She arranged airport transfers and provided us with all the documentation that we would need. I would 100% recommend working with her to anyone!

Tana was our first experience working with a TA. I'm so glad we did for this trip and also that it was Tana. We had a one two punch with Covid and then 2 Hurricanes right before our trip to Mexico. Tana was wonderful booking our first hotel with a great price and flights. Then our flights were canceled and she was able to find flights for just a few hundred more than our cheap charter that wasn't flying. Then right before our trip a hurricane hit and our hotel closed for half of our travel! Tana found us 2 other equivalent amazing all-inclusives to choose from. We went with her suggestion and tried Excellence Riviera Cancun. We loved it! We are excited to use Tana again for our adult travel but also to help book our first out of country family of 7 trip.

She was great from the start. She is always reachable with prompt responses back, very important!! We had an issue at the resort and were getting the run around, she had it resolved within 30 minutes. When they came down to move our rooms they mentioned specifically that, "TANA CALLED" HAHA, AWESOME!

Tana Is Amazing

Tana is the best. We have used her two years in a row and has had the best prices hands down. Our trips have been amazing, especially this year to Excellence Playa Mujeres. Everything we requested was met and we had a perfect vacation. We will be using Tana and Grand Turizmo Travel again very soon. Thank you all for making our trip amazing. Wonderful Destination Wedding

HONESTY

Tana is a straight shooter. Completely honest and sincere. If its that expensive, then it's that expensive - NO BS and running around trying to figure out what the real deal is. She coordinated everything for our 50 something guests at our wedding in Cancun.
