Jackie was so easy to work with, she answered every question I had and never made me feel dumb for asking. She was so helpful and I will be reaching out to her again very soon for next trip. She helped me down to the night of packing and answered questions all through the day of. I travel a lot and have never used an agent but she was so helpful down to car rental and excursions.

Jackie was wonderful helping me plan and book a family vacation for our family of 10. We stayed at the Iberostar Cozumel resort in 4 individual bungalows. We Booked the trip 10 months ago and then, at the last minute, one family member couldn’t go. It took a lot of finagling on Jackie’s part, but she never gave up and got the resort and flight reservations adjusted and a travel credit for us. Jackie did a phenomenal job with helping my wife and I plan our Disney World vacation for our 9 & 6 year olds. Jackie was amazing! She asked a lot of questions to find out what we like to do on vacation and then gave us several suggestions that would be a good fit. And when we had airport issues (connection flight canceled) she was on it and got us on a new flight without us having to wait in the very long lines at the airport.
