Family Theme Park and All Inclusive Specialist
I have been a travel agent since 2017 and book all inclusive and theme park travel destinations for couples and families. Ever since I was little, I loved traveling. Jumping in the packed car (with the turtle top on, of course), annoying my brother for hours by asking him to play games with me, and finally getting to our destination, thrilled me.
As I got older, the planning of the trip became my favorite part. I became the resident planner for my family and dreamed of our next trip. I always thought about becoming a vacation planner and now I have the honor to book dream vacations for my clients.
I am Disney born and raised, having vacationed there over 40 times and write about my adventures frequently in online publications. I am your Disney vacation expert and love planning the perfect trip for each family. I am also a foodie and have extensive knowledge about all the amazing restaurants Disney has to offer.
When I am looking for more relaxation, I enjoy exploring the beautiful all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean I specialize in booking the perfect luxury all inclusive resorts for families with kids or couples looking for some time away. My favorite destinations to unwind are Jamaica, the Dominican and Cabo! I specialize in finding you the perfect spot to meet your budget and dreams for each vacation. My goal is to partner with you to find the ideal location to make vacation memories.
Additionally, I am a special education consultant, so I also understand the special accommodations families need when going on vacation with individuals with special needs.
It brings me great joy when a family truly enjoys the vacation we have planned together and makes memories to last a lifetime.

I am your personal travel concierge. It is my job to make sure you have what you need for the perfect vacation. For many destinations, I monitor for discounts that might come out after booking. Traveling is more complicated now. You need someone on your side whose job it is to monitor all the changes, make sure you are aware of protocols, make sure your trip and money is protected and can answer any questions you have. I can help you make excursions, dining and tour reservations. I help create customized itineraries. This all takes LOTS of time. I do all the legwork and you make all the decisions. I do hours of training both at home and at the destination sites. My job is to know all the ins and outs and pass my expertise along to you.

Kari was so helpful in planning our family trip to Disney World.We had been anticipating this trip since our granddaughters were born! Being novices to DW, Kari was there to arrange everything and coach us on how to navigate the app and Genie plus. Kari was very responsive to our requests and very patient dealing with our needs. If you're on the fence about using her, don't be! I was very comfortable reaching out to her for suggestions on where to take the littles while their parents headed to Universal for the day... which of course Kari coordinated.
Nothing short of a great experience and tons of wonderful memories here. We will be using Kari again for our next adventure!

Kari was excellent! I’ve never worked with anyone who is so reachable at anytime! Her knowledge of the park is second to none and the fact that she got us all our dinner reservation requests by getting up early and booking them for us naked it so easy. I was intimidated to book my own trip to Disney… Kari made it very easy.

Working with Kari was a pleasure. We planned a Disney trip prior to Covid. We obviously had to postpone it. Everything worked out perfectly as she kept us informed of Disney’s policy with Covid, she scheduled us a time when we could go and feel safe. This was a multi family trip. From a 3 year old to seniors. The accommodations, the ease to and from the parks were all planned by her. All we had to do was wake up in the morning. Everything was done for us. Kari is the perfect solution for people who love to travel but loathe (and often procrastinate) the planning process. She turned the seemingly insurmountable task of planning Disney into a dreamscape (even predicting that a stroller may save the day when heat and exhaustion hit our overgrown 6 year old…who knew?). This year, she orchestrated our family trip to Vegas, going to far as to hand-pick a company to take us on a day tour to the Grand Canyon. It was so easy to work with Kari, even when I dont always remember to respond to her email, I work from home, so most times I see her email come but get lost in something else and forget but she always send me detailed and important information that I felt really comfortable with all her planning .She helped be stay within my budget and we still had a fabulous time. Kari was the perfect solution to help with our retirement celebration. We had a large family traveling and had the need for lots of reservations, including hotels and resort tickets. Kari was awesome to work with via online, including the needed calls when helpful. She knows the ins and outs of Universal and WDW, as well as the resorts, hotels, and in our case a home we rented. She helped not just in making arrangements and recommendations, but during our trip as well when we had a flight cancellation. We were thankful for her recommendation for travel insurance and she helped us navigate things while on the trip.
