Kristen was wonderful to work with her suggestions for this whole trip were perfect from meal planning to fast passes, everything, she took control and booked our dining which we were able to change if we needed. She was responsive to our emails and needs. If she wasn’t sure of the answer she found out and got right back to me . She kept up in pricing and got us some money back on our hotel. Best thing to is we had all year to pay for the trip. A $200 deposit held out room up front and I paid for the rest up to 30 days before trip. Call Kristin if you are traveling. So thankful for Kristen. We dreamed of taking a trip with friends & family (13 total), but it never would’ve happened without Kristen's help and guidance. She walked us through each detail and set us up for success, even when facing unforeseen circumstances. The first, our son was diagnosed with epilepsy. Once he was allowed to travel by his doctors, she gave us a guide to navigate rides and experiences designed for people with cognitive disabilities. I am SO HAPPY to report, he did amazing and rode all the roller coasters! When our flights were cancelled she was instantly on the phone with Disney helping us navigate our newly revised plans--even stayed up into the night to ensure my parents were able to check in at 3:30AM after flight delays! And that's not including the texts and phone calls before we left--and the continued support and advice we got from her on-the-fly when we were in the parks and hotel.
