My wife and I are very accomplished travelers and planners. So for our 30th anniversary, we started with our usual self-planning, when we came across Outdoor Travel Adventures. After our first contact with Roseann and her obvious breadth of knowledge, we turned all the planning over to her. What a great decision! She took the time to find out how we like to travel and gave us numerous choices. Her planning was top-notch and her choice of service providers were professional, courteous and ON TIME. Attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived at the airport. We were repeateddly greeted with a “happy anniversary” and a complete itinerary packet was given to us at our first hotel. Each day of the trip was so well put together and wonderful that our running joke was ‘how is Roseann going to top this?’ She always managed to do so, even pulling off my special request to have a Platypus interaction. We are extremely pleased and plan on using their services in the future.

Found OTA and Roseann through 100% New Zealand site, not knowing the agency was a shot in the dark. I sent a information request and received an immediate reply. Roseann set up a fantastic itinerary, I couldn't have designed it better myself. We visited Auckland then tubing Waitmo Caves which were amazing, we rafted class 5 waterfalls, then to Te Puia mineral springs and dinner show, Nelson for Kayaking, then to Christchurch which is like an outdoor art gallery you can see everything on foot, ending in Queenstown for an exciting jet boat ride, lots of beautiful hiking and closed out on the zip line eco-tour. Incredible, fantastic, amazing, perfect! If you are looking for a hassle free itinerary where sky is the limit, Roseann is a top shelf agent.

Outdoor Travel Adventures (OTA) deserves every bit of the 5-star rating. My husband and I have booked multiple trips over the last 10 years with Roseann and team. We've worked with other tour companies, but OTA sets THE standard for outdoor travel. Everyone there is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Roseann planned a true dream vacation to the French Polynesia. Everything was just as, or better than, advertised. She really listened to us and the suggested resorts and activities and level of service were always in line with what we wanted. She remained 100% available for any questions; always responding so quickly both before and during our travels. During these “Covid times,” having a professional navigate the idiosyncrasies of travel was invaluable. Will definitely use Roseann in the future.

From the very start of planning Roseann listened to and responded to our hopes and dreams for this vacation! And when Covid interrupted our itinerary she found us an option we were unaware of that ended up being the highlight of our trip! Responsive during the trip and checked in with us to be sure things were going well! She was doing such a good job during planning our Tahiti vacation that we asked her to help with a quick trip to Hawaii and she came through there as well while things were still in transition. Roseann listened to how we liked to travel and crafted the PERFECT itinerary for us to spend 30 days in Australia. She made suggestions to alert us to alternatives we were not previously aware of. Her relationships with operations in Australia were flawless. She checked in with us during our trip and was imminently responsive when we had a question. She alerted us to a problem with our return flight even before we heard from Qantas. We discussed the options and she had us rebooked before most other passengers were even aware of the delay (and ultimate cancellation) of our original return flight. We wil definitely be working with Roseann to schedule a trip to New Zealand.

Roseann Iovine with Outdoor Travel Adventures truly made our trip to Tahiti an unforgettable experience for our extended family of 10. One of the surprise highlights of our trip was the flawless transportation arrangements. Whether it was navigating boat docks or airports, there was always a friendly face waiting for us, ensuring that we never experienced a moment of uncertainty or delay. This level of organization meant we could focus entirely on enjoying our vacation without logistical worries. She even got us into the VIP lounge at the Tahiti airport!
