What can I say about my experience with Ms. Connor?! Patience is the first thing that comes through. She listened, was patient with the ridiculous group I was trying to get put together for a group trip and ended up being just a couple. Despite that, Ms. Connor treated me and my friends with the utmost professionalism, tact, follow-through and the best customer service EVER! My friends have made her their travel agent moving forward. She is definitely mine. I say look no further, because what she doesn't know [and its not a lot] she will find out for you with perseverance and a smile [you can hear it through each communication you have with her!]

We have used Daphne on several occasions. The last two being a cruise and an all inclusive resort. She helped us with transfers..photography..excursions..group activities and overall vacation planning . She was really patient with us as we had a lot of questions especially regarding financial arrangements. It was a great experience as we didn't have to worry about anything. Daphne is amazing! Not only was she extremely easy to get a hold of, but she worked day and night to get our flight and travel paper issues solved for our honeymoon. The peace of mind we had knowing we could call for her advice or assistance at any time alone was more than worth it, but the fact that she made it so easy to book our travel and was there to help every step of the way made it a pleasure!
