I’ve been in the travel industry my entire life, including 5 years in hotel management, 17 years as a flight attendant and now as an independent travel agent with Magical Moments Vacations. My love for travel has led me to plan vacation adventures all over the world for my family and friends. I’m thrilled to turn that passion into a career and to help others plan their own dream vacations. With my years of travel experience, I know the importance of making sure that all of the details are in place. As an independent travel agent with Magical Moments Vacations, I specialize in Sandals and Beaches Resorts, All-Inclusive Resorts in the Caribbean, European River Cruises, Disney, and Universal vacations! Magical Moments Vacations is proud to be an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner at the Diamond Earmarked Level--the highest designation Disney awards to a travel agency! My concierge-level services are complimentary when you book your package through me, (I do not charge anything extra for my services) and I’ll apply all available promotions to your vacation, many of which aren't available if you book directly! Once booked, I am paid through built-in commissions from the vacation suppliers at no extra cost to you. I even offer payment plans if you’re ready for me to book your next adventure, but your budget hasn’t caught up yet! We just had the trip of a lifetime thanks to Mimi! She was so incredibly patient with us and our indecisiveness. We knew we wanted to do a split trip to include Disney and Universal but we were totally clueless on what to do next. Mimi walked us through every step of the process. We did not make it easy on her and changed our minds MULTIPLE times with regards to days, hotels, and parks. Each time we called her, she was thoughtful, caring, and genuinely happy to help us. Used Mimi for the first time booking a cruise on RCCL. We had some credits with RCCL and had experienced much confusion and anxiety trying to apply those credits myself. Mimi took over and made some calls and straightened it all out - no problem. She was very communicative during the booking, prior to sailing and even when we got home. Mimi was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, kind and just overall an excellent resource for us. Our flights, transfers, and resort were perfectly planned selected. Our hotel room was the nicest we have ever had, in any location, for any trip both domestic and abroad. We've visited the Dominican Republic several times, and this vacation was by far superior to any others. Our room was an amazing upper level, ocean view, corner balcony. I'm still dreaming of that room right now! Importantly, from our very initial conversations with Mimi, she listened to us, gently guided us, and ultimately planned the perfect deluxe respite; from start to finish.

Mimi was super helpful and walked us through all of the confusing information regarding the COVID testing requirements and entry forms. She booked our friends trip as well which was very last minute and was so accommodating with email communication and phone calls. She made all of our travel so much easier.
