Heather was awesome to work with! In January, 2015, it was our 25th wedding anniversary and we wanted to celebrate at an all inclusive in Mexico. We reached out to Travel Leaders and were very fortunate and happy to be connected with Heather. She listened to what we wanted our get away to include and she was very thorough in fulfilling our dream trip. We went to Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay All-Inclusive Resort and Spa in Mazatlan, Mexico. My wife and I had never really gone on our honeymoon. After 15 years of marriage I decided to surprise my wife with a trip to Mexico. My wife and I really have not traveled out of the state very often, much less a different country. Heather asked all the right questions and gave us many different options. My wife and I decided to go to the Valentin in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The trip was nothing short of spectacular to say the least. We talk about going again in the next few years and we feel that we may have to go to the same resort because anything else may be somewhat of a letdown.

It was October of 2015, and a Hurricane was hitting Puerto Vallarta, the resort we were booked to fly into that day. Within hours Heather had us re- booked and ready to go to another resort in Cancun, Playa de Mujeres for that same time period. We enjoyed are vacation and were very happy with the rapid response Heather had finding us an alternative place to vacation. She is really good to work with. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a vacation spot.

This was our first experience using a travel agent to plan a vacation. From now on, there will be no other option for us; Heather will be our agent for all future travel occasions! Heather planned a trip for our family of 6 for a long weekend in Miami, FL and then from there we left for a week-long cruise. She was very conscious of all our kids' ages, ranging from 16 years old to 25 years. She found the best combination of offerings that would accommodate all of us with our own unique interests. Heather did a great job planning both of our cruises. On the first one, we ran into a bit of a snafu with transportation from the hotel to the cruise dock and Heather was able to fix the problem (on her own time, after work hours) for us and we really appreciated her efforts in getting everything corrected with the hotel.
