Best Honeymoon!!

Kate is incredible. She is detail oriented and goes way above and beyond for her clients! She planned our honeymoon to Italy and we just got the pleasure of enjoying It! The task we gave her of all the places we wanted to see in the amount of time we had was NOT easy. I know she put in so many hours and hard work to give us the perfect itinerary! I would recommend her and Dream Travel to anyone and everyone! Talented team of travel planners and the trip couldn’t have gone better! Even when we had an issue with weather delays, Kate was ontop of it checking in with us and helped us with the insurance of the trip which came in handy for the little bit of time we were delayed. I cannot say enough about how incredibly impressed we are with Kate’s work and what a beautiful trip she put together with our dream Italy honeymoon! We went to Venice, Rome, Florence, and the Amalfi coast (Positano) and she got us beautiful hotels, easy transfers, and perfectly timed flights to and from Italy!

Bucket List Vacation!

Kate helped us plan our dream vacation to Italy and Greece. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She took her time in making sure all of the details were covered. When we had an issue with one of the hotels Kate was right on top of it and got us transfer to a new hotel. Since this was our first time traveling abroud it was good to know that Kate was available for any issues or questions that we had. The trip was amazing and we would definetly use Kate's services again.

Kate is an excellent travel agent!!! Kate worked with us in designing our family's Disney World vacation. Our vacation also included going to Clearwater Beach and Universal Studios. Kate helped us maximize every moment of our vacation! Her recommendations for lodging both in Clearwater and Disney World ensured that we were close to the beach and the four Disney Kingdoms. Kate had many fantastic tips for items to bring with us to the Disney Kingdoms and how to use Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ for booking rides. Our family was extremely satisfied that we were able to experience the best rides at Disney World! I appreciate that Kate responds immediately to emails, text messages and phone calls! Disney Delight!

I enjoy planning our family vacations. However, I knew I was in over my head tackling a Disney World summer vacation this year. With crazy busy kids and work schedules, I couldn’t pull this one off without help.This is where Jeff and Kate with Dream Travel by Design was our vacation-planning superheroes! Kate took the overwhelming amount of information and distilled it into the key points that applied to our family, budget, and timeframe. She presented us with a very detailed hand-curated vacation itinerary with several options considering all the unique aspects we wanted to fit into this vacation. Kate let me delegate to her the stressful parts of the travel planning (like waiting on hold with the hotel to request adjoining rooms), but I still did the aspects I enjoyed. I was amazed at how much insider knowledge she had of Disney World that she readily shared with us. I could never have done all this without her! Jeff and Kate were true lifesavers when helping my friend and I travel to a few countries in Europe. We had a frustrating experience with the airlines cancelling tickets the day before our flight, but Jeff and Kate made the experience way less stressful than it could have been by waiting on the phone for hours to ensure that we got our tickets for our trip. On top of that, they touched in with us every so often during our travels to make sure that everything was going well. It was so comforting knowing that they were there to handle any situation, and it took a load off of our shoulders. Thank you!

Jeff and Kate are excellent! We hired them as travel agents for our last vacation, and they are currently assisting us in researching possibilities for our next family getaway. We have hired other travel agents in years past, but they don't measure up to the time, devotion, knowledge, organization, and accessibility Jeff and Kate offer.
