In addition to my love of Disney in general, RunDisney events are some of my favorite moments in the world of all things "Disney!" I have participated in many of the in-person events in Disney World, as well as many of the virtual events! The weekends are busy, in the best way possible, and can be done solo or as an extension of a vacation with friends or family! Each race weekend has something different and fun to offer and themes that are always inviting and fun! The races themselves take you through parts of the Disney Parks and have character stops and fun along the course! Once I did my first races (Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend) I was hooked and now purposefully plan trips just to participate in more races! 

Races offered during each race season include Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend in November, Marathon Weekend in January, Princess Half Marathon Weekend in February, and Springtime Surprise in April. Each weekend hosts races from 5ks to a full marathon, depending on the weekend, as well as yoga during select race weekends too! Even most age groups are included- starting at the age of 5 years old- a person can run the 5Ks! I'll be doing a 5K race with ny 5 year old over Princess Half Marathon Weekend!
