She's very savvy and knows how to navigate the parks, hotels, transport and all the online techy things that are required now. I could not have planned this vacay without her!

From the very beginning of the planning process Ms. Susan was undoubtedly the best! I mentioned I was considering a Disney trip and that I had never been before so I had no idea what to expect. She jumped in immediately and got to work! She is an EXPERT and was able to get every detail you can imagine taken care of, even at a moment’s notice! She planned our entire trip, gave me tips and tricks to make the most of our experience, explained answers to even the silliest of my questions (as I’m a huge worrier and overthinker lol), and overall just made everything a breeze! Not to mention she got us a GREAT deal for pricing of a 4 day trip where we got to see all 4 parks! I was beyond satisfied with the amazing work she did and I will continue to come to her (and tell my friends of course) for all my travel planning needs!

Susan is truly a God send. When Covid hit and it was looking less likely we would be taking the honeymoon of our dreams, Susan worked tirelessly to ensure we would still have an amazing honeymoon. She called resorts, she booked excursions and made sure we would have the best time and we did! Our honeymoon is still and will always be the best trip I’ve ever been on and a lot of that has to do with Susan making sure we were taken care of! She cared about our trip and even checked In throughout the week to make sure we didn’t need anything and to be sure the resort was taking good care of us! We rented a car and the resort required you to pay for a permit (cost around $25 I think). Susan called the resort and explained we were on our honeymoon and they gave us the decal for free! She cares about her people and if you’re lucky enough to work with her, I would go ahead and be excited because you’re about to have the BEST trip!!

Susan was wonderful. First off, the build up to the trip was handled professionally and promptly. She answered all questions, and made us feel comfortable. Then during the trip, she was always available and able to ask questions. Considering it was the first time we took our kids, she helped take the pressure off the planning portion of the trip so we could enjoy it with out children.
