There's no better way to celebrate a big achievement or a significant milestone than by gathering together and embarking on a dream-come-true journey. From birthdays to anniversaries, honeymoons or babymoons, retirements or graduations, these special life events deserve to be recognized. Anyone can take a trip. Rather, I like to create an experience by weaving together a series of memorable moments.
The first step is to get to know you personally. I ask questions to determine your priorities and preferences. Those are different for each indvidiual, but they are the foundation on which I build your celebration vacation. This is YOUR celebration and it should be a reflection YOUR expectations, not some generic version found in a guide book or website.
Identifying your needs and wants is like baking the layers of the cake. Then it's time for the frosting. I match you with destinations, resorts, cruises and tours that suit your palate. Dreaming of chasing the Northern Lights? Curious about ancient relics in Greece? Want to return to port cities you visited in your Navy career? Or feel like a kid again in Disney World?

Pamela is awesome! She helped us book our honeymoon trip to Mexico but unfortunately, we had to cancel it the day before due to COVID. However, she was so caring, empathetic, and helpful as she walked us through the travel insurance claim process. Even though we were crunched for time, she still found us an AMAZING honeymoon destination that we decided to book for the following month. The honeymoon was everything all thanks to Pamela. She was still there every step of the way and we could ask her however many questions we wanted while we were away and she had a super fast response time! Pamela is there for you before, during, and after the vacation and I have already referred friends and family to her as well.

Perfect Costa Rica graduation trip!

After inquiring about a trip to Costa Rica for my daughter and I and answering some questions about our interests, Pamela sent us a perfect, adventure filled itinerary with 3 destinations, lots of excursions, and private transportation to every stop. Amazing Vacation for First-Time Cruisers

We asked at the last minute if Pamela could find a vacation for my husband, myself, my son and his college friend to get us out of the cold weather and into some warmth and sun! Pamela asked questions about our budget and our preferences and came back with several options. We had never considered a cruise before, but we trusted Pamela and I'm so glad we did! All of us had an amazing time and there was certainly something for everyone. Pam was amazing! She suggested this trip/cruise and recommended the absolute best cruise for us - and was spot on with our preferences! She was communicative - she even called from her own cruise to make sure we had everything we needed. before our trip I mean, who does that from Antarctica? Pam was very quick to respond back to us with cruises that were available the week in January that we wanted to go. We were able to chose a cruise and she booked it quickly and took care of the travel insurance for us. Pam helped us arrange our first cruise ever to the Caribbean on Viking Ocean in 2019. This year we took 2 more cruises, one with our whole family on Celebrity Apex in the Greek Isles and 1 Viking River on the Danube. We are currently working on 2 more. She also arranged a surprise trip to Sandals in Jamaica. She worked through all the travel details for every trip including multiple reschedulings because of COVID. 20th anniversary trip

Pamela is absolutely AMAZING! She is very hands-on and personable. I have worked with other travel agents before and their initial phone consultation lasts 10-15 minutes and all they ask is where we want to go and what our budget is. Pamela is completely the opposite! Our first phone conversation was about 45 minutes long. She wanted to know about us, how we like to travel, where we want to go, what we most liked and disliked about previous travel, our budget, and so much more. She was so knowledgeable about all the areas she talked about and was able to cater to touristy activities as well as adventures that aren't the typical cookie-cutter experience. She is amazing and I will definitely use her again!

Pamela is a great agent to work with! She makes the planning super easy and makes sure you book everything you want to do on your trip. She was such a big help with our emergency situation. My flight home was canceled due to weather, so I had to extend my trip out an extra day because I could get on another flight that same day. She was quick to respond and made sure I had a hotel to stay in close to the hotel to be sure I wouldn't miss that flight. We had a wonderful time on our most recent cruise! Definitely will be booking with her again!

Pam was outstanding! We asked to go somewhere sunny. Yeah, pretty vague. Pam came up with an all-adult Bahamas cruise on the Virgin Scarlett Lady. Amazing! We had never heard of the ship, and Pam had recently returned from a trip on her. So, Pam knew the ship, and Pam knew us...perfect fit. As a friend of mine said, "that's why you work with a travel professional...they know stuff". Pam's communication was excellent, from booking our flights to recommendations for shipboard and on-land fun. Plus, she found us a bonus for our bar tab...I see that as a win.
