Cape Town Travel Agent Expert
Having lived in Cape Town for a set of months, and enjoyed a return on holiday with kids, allow me to guide you with all Cape Town has to offer. The country is budget friendly and transportation options are plentiful. You can adventure, play, take advantage of numerous shopping opportunities, or relax with spa options. Hike mountains into the clouds or take a cable car up to a natural wonder, Table Mountain, and enjoy a meal on cloud nine. For a bit of romance cozy up to watch a majestic sunset on Signal Hill and view the city and Table Mountain in an epic outlook on your way down. Experience the beaches and surf from the Indian Ocean, and view seals on their very own island! Daytrip to Hermanus and watch the migration of whales, or Simon Town and witness African penguins who live their best life on the beach. Travel a little further south to the Cape of Good Hope and see where two oceans meet and climb the famous lighthouse with stellar views. For the history buff, there is no end, whereas Robbin Island is a must stop with a short ferry ride from town. You will be sure to see the waterfront and spend some time here shopping, eating, and many family activities. In town, stroll down Long Street and find more than 20 blocks of shops, restaurants, and bars to live it up into long hours of the early morning. Great photo opportunities are all over but be sure not to miss Bo-Kaap and the colorful rows of homes. Indulge your palette in a mixing bowl of cuisine, without skipping fresh sea prawns or biltong made of ostrich. If you want fresh and healthy options, there is no shortage of venues for smoothies, fresh juices, and the sorts. No visit is complete without experiencing a Braai, a South African BBQ, or the many wineries of the region. You will want to take some home! The wineries can accommodate young children with a fun experience. Outside of that, kids can enjoy numerous massive playgrounds, an aquarium, animal sanctuaries, a children’s museum, and can join on many of the activities mentioned above.Need a jaw dropping adventure? Book a trip to Kruger National Park or Aquila and see the “Big 5” in a way no zoo can offer. Glamping is an option! Cage diving with great whites, hang gliding, surfing, a 216 ft bungee, mountain biking, a taste for all things adrenaline can be found here in Cape Town. Explore the coast!
My Areas of Expertise
Great Trip planned by an even Greater Travel Agent
She was very thorough from the beginning to end of the trip by all the right questions to ensure she had all information needed to plan a wonderful family vacation. She was very responsive to all questions and did a great job of ensuring we were as prepared as possible for our long weekend. She made sure we were able to include fun activities for everyone (children and adults) as we visited Busch Gardens, Lounged out on the beach for a day, and we were even able to do a little retail therapy at the Tanger Outlets after a little wine tasting at the Williamsburg Winery (only the adults ;-) ). I cannot wait until my family is ready for another weekend retreat, as we will be reaching out to Monique for her wonderful services once again.

Highly recommend Monique!!
Explains everything so well.
She was very helpful in finding a resort that fit our needs and price range. The resort was AWESOME! It was comforting knowing we had an agent and resources available while traveling outside the US, in case of emergency.
