We put her through a lot. First the airline did, by trying to raise our rate by $1000, but Aly worked around that and rebooked the same trip for the original cost. Next, I got sick and had to reschedule and she went through so many changes with us never complaining.

Alyson was very helpful and very responsive anytime I had questions …..& I had a lot ! lol Even from the beginning she was patient and detailed anything I was unsure about. It was a last minute option to try a travel agent so I was hesitant as I had never used one before but I am so glad I did !! 20/10 would recommend !

I cannot thank Aly enough. From the beginning to end she was great, responsive and extremely helpful. Due to the pandemic and some health reasons, we decided to postpone our trip 5 (yes, five) times. and Aly did it with ease and no problem. She kept us up to date on prices and payments, got us transportation and the best hotel! When we finally went, the maps and information packet that Aly sent us came to good use. We chatted via text when we were there with some questions and Aly was responsive and happy to help. 110% recommend Aly. I don't remember the last time I saw my mom that genuinely happy as she walked through the town of Diagon Alley & it's all thanks to Alyson!!!!

Aly was so helpful in planning our trip! She was very easy to get in touch with when I had questions, and she was very knowledgeable about all things Disney. She had a lot of recommendations for us when it came to activities and fast passes. We also decided to make this trip on a bit of a whim - less than 2 months in advance of the trip - and Aly was still able to make sure we got to do everything we wanted to do!

Aly was able to give us tips and recommendations, along with help us schedule our dining and fast passes. This was especially helpful as a Disney World first-timer and I would definitely recommend to others in a similar position.
