Sharon helped me plan a trip to Italy and I'm very pleased with the service she provided. I didn't know what there was to see and my initial guidance to her was anywhere but Rome (been there already). She patiently explained the different areas and cities and helped me narrow it down to what worked for us. Sharon was successful in putting together several trips for my husband and myself. We were very impressed by her professionalism and her attention to detail. It felt like all we had to do was show up at the airport. All of our trips were great but our longest was to Australia and New Zealand. Just some highlights - Lucerne hotel was so quaint and really meet our idea of what a Switzerland abode would be. The Bellagio hotel was a DREAM and taking the boat tour on Lake Como was so beautiful. Staying in Santa Margherita allowed us time to explore the quaint shops and restaurants and spend time in Portofino, truly a charming town. Our hotel in Monterosso had the GORGEOUS waterfront view. Hiked the Blue trail to Vernazza through the wineries and had lunch, a perfect day. Our private sunset boat tour in Cinque Terre was AMAZING. Private cooking tour at a Villa outside Siena was the best. Personal guide for the Vatican and Colosseum made the experience the best. YOU'RE the BEST. We'll call you again for travel.

For many reasons, and primarily COVID, I had not been on an airplane in nearly 2.5 years and to Italy in well over three years. In the meantime, travel abroad had become a bit more complex. Sharon planned a multi destination trip to Europe (London, Paris, Cinque Terre and Rome) for my wife and I. Our trip happened to start with all of the British Airways computer systems going down and our flight was delayed 8 hours.
