She has always provided fast responses, good flight price quotes and typically comes in lower than other agents we use. On top of this her professionalism and extensive knowledge in her industry is key to (my) success with the travel arrangements I handle for the management team I support.

We could not have asked for a better experience with Terri. We traveled to Italy midst a lot of changing rules and regulations with COVID. It was incredibly stressful, but Terri went above and beyond. From monitoring the COVID rules, to assisting us in expediting our passport, she did it all! She was available to us 24/7 by phone and email. Aside from the amazing travel experience, I greatly valued her attention to our trip throughout. As far as the travel experience, we could not have asked for anything better. The highlight was a beach-front hotel in Sorrento with amazing views and a private tour to Positano. As I am an older person, 65, the computer and making reservations, for me has become more complicated. My Dad, hearing my despairsuggested I call a travel agent. I was like, are there still travel agents. Not knowing what to expect I researched and found Terri. Much to my surprise, she cared , I am only a one person client...she immediately responded to my problems and frustrations and magically resolved everything in like three hours. Then I had additional problems traveling with my dog, I contacted Terri not knowing her response since I was dealing directly with American and once again she came though like a shining star and solved yet my next mess. Terri and I starting working on my family's trip to Italy and Paris over 9 months ago. Terri is very knowledgeable and works magic with the airlines. Her best virtues are patience and humor! She always answers calls and emails promptly. Mine was a complicated trip--children flying from different cities--but Terri was able to present us with a perfect itinerary for all. We had several last minute changes that Terri handled with ease - several of those changes were while we were traveling! As an extra perk- none of us had our flights cancelled and no one lost their luggage in Europe! All of her hotel, train and car service recommendations were wonderful. She is the BEST.
