I am so fortunate to know Helen through a friend, it has been over 4 years to be spoiled by her service. I used to prefer handle travels directly with the companies due to some of my specific requirements. Helen helped book our family vacation this year. She is very professional and capable, and what I appreciate the most is that she is extremely patient and supportive. Through a period of time, she guided us through many different options and obtained different quotes. Eventually we decided to go to an entirely different direction. She was very patient with us and helped us rebook and gave us some generous bonus goodies for the trip. She also reminded us of other possible factors that might hinder us later. We had a wonderful experience on this Viking Venus cruise which left us a superb impression. The whole trip including the pre-cruise excursions arrangements made by Helen was well managed from the beginning to end. Helen was very considerate and detailed oriented to arrange our hotel, car service and all the necessary reservations on the cruise ship. Her considerate and in time reminder before the cruise really helped us a lot.We absolutely plan to have our future cruise trip arranged by Helen again.

Helen was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. She did a great job organizing a trip for my parents. She thought about every little detail including informing all participants about the weather at the local destination, organizing the local transportation, emailing us with best restaurants, making recommendations for tours, giving detailed descriptions of the exact cabin on the ship, etc. She took the initiative to provide us with information that we didn't even realize that we needed which was amazing. She was very patient with me especially when I asked her to forward me the same emails and when I asked her the same questions multiple times. She was very considerate - knowing that my parents preferred Mandarin, she had the entire guidebook translated for them. Amazing experience working with her and look forward to working with her in the future.
