Planning a vacation during the pandemic was daunting—luckily I found Bethann! The original country my friend and I wanted to travel to ended up being closed to Americans. Bethann helped us find an alternate destination—the Galapagos Islands—and the transition was seamless. She found us a fabulous cruise and arranged for stays on mainland Ecuador on either end of the vacation. Everything went smoothly and we had the Galapagos vacation of a lifetime!
