Planned a trip to Jamaica. I told her I wanted a 4.5 star and above. Got a good list of resorts. But that was the easy part. She told me stuff that a would have made me miss or that would have cancelled my trip. Like getting a Covid test by a specific time.Checking in to make sure my partner had her passport in time for the trip. Recieved 25 dollars out any excursions, free ride from the airport and back. A letter telling us what to look for when we got off the plane as well as Great directions and contact information if we had any questions or problems. I talked to other people at different locations and we also price. I can't forget it was all a direct flight ??? I will book any an future trips with her from here on out. Plus she is nice to talk to if you have any fear or concerns.

My wife and I booked a trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico with Steph to get married, and it was incredible. From the beginning Steph was patient and extremely helpful with choosing a destination that could accommodate our guests, was affordable to everyone, and offered the right wedding package for us. We had some very particular guests that could be difficult to work with. Steph took the time to give them options, but also was realistic in what she was capable of; my wife greatly appreciated this from her. Having the organization, transportation, hotel, and wedding managed by one person is not an easy task, but we’re so happy that we had Steph do this because she did an amazing job! My wife and I will definitely be using Steph in the future for travel, and we will recommend her to everyone. Working with Steph means that you will receive full service and support from the beginning until the end.

Stephanie did a fantastic job! We needed a vacation but didn't have time to research and book ourselves. Stephanie got to know what we were looking for, gave us some choices and made everything go very smooth. She even gave us some ideas for airport parking and excursions. Very good customer service!!

Anniversary Vow Renewal

Working with Steph for our 15 yr anniversary trip was a dream. When we initially booked, I didn’t mention that we wanted a vow renewal. Truly, we were just looking to escape! She listened to what we liked, our budget, and gave us some amazing options. She was incredibly patient as I changed my mind, many times. And, as great as she was before we booked, she was even better once we did. She kept us up to date on the ever-changing COVID regulations and checked in often. When I threw in the monkey wrench about the vows renewal, she didn’t even sweat. Got ahold of the hotel & we were connect to the sweetest person at the resort. We did the renewal at sunset & it was GORGEOUS. We had a private dinner after, one of the best meals of my life. When we returned to the room, we had 2 bouquets – the one from the vow renewal & the most INCREDIBLE flowers from Steph. Truly, I cried. We feel so lucky to have had such a stress free time and to feel so loved and cared for – it was incredible.

Stephanie was amazing in helping us to plan and prepare for our trip to Florida. When our plans changed, she guided us through making the necessary changes as our travel plans had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. We will definitely be calling on Stephanie again when we are ready to travel in the future.
