Mershawn each time we had talked to her has always been professional,knowledgeable and immediately ready to help. She has a wonderful disposition and nothing is too much trouble . If we say “what if we do this” or “what about this” she will always find out and let us know which would be the best way to go. We just love her!

LOVE how Mershawn is extremely on top of replying in a quick manner, when she says she'll take care of it I don't have to worry if it'll actually get done...it will. Greatly appreciate how she works to give you the best price . Her knowledge is FABULOUS! She has a deep wealth of knowledge and I was pleasantly surprised how much I learned from her since we travel a lot. She truly listens and understands to how you like to travel and is flexible to meeting your comfort zone(s).

She has been awesome both times that we have booked our trips through Mershawn. She is professional, caring, concerned & just down right nice. Although I have never met her in person, I feel like I know her. She has emailed me, text me, phoned me to help with concerns that have come up due to health. Looked after booking wheelchairs at sea, in the airports, getting me on board credit & just generally wants to help me however she can. As I said at the beginning of this review, she is awesome!
