An aptly named ship - Crystal Serenity

I hold multiple certifications from Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) and individual cruise lines (ocean and river) but, perhaps, more importantly than paper certifications I have a personal quest to experience every ship on the sea (I said quest....) I have sailed over 50 times (with more on the books as I type) on a multitude of cruise lines and that first-hand knowledge translates to a huge learning curve for my clients.

Do you have a favorite cruiseline (I admittedly have several)?  Are they still meeting your expectations, or is your travel style shifting?  Many clients will shift travel styles depending on circumstances (companions, length of cruise) and they enjoy the adaptability.  Others prefer to stay with what fits their core style - and if nothing is available that fits that they will not travel - they know what will make them happy and I am golden with that! 

Since I hold a firm belief that there is a cruiseline for everyone, I challenge past passengers that do not feel cruising is for them to have a conversation with me about the experience and their travel style.  After these conversations, I have yet to find an instance where they were simply on a poor choice of cruiseline for them. 

Is your idea of a great cruise sailing on the same ship for several months visiting numerous (perhaps all 7) continents? Would your ideal vacation be visiting multiple Caribbean islands for serious relaxation in the sun, or perhaps the Arctic Crossing on an Expedition ship? A river cruise on the Volga River where you have intimate experiences of St. Petersburg and Moscow, or an ocean voyage on the Baltic sea with a multiple night stay using the ship as your St Petersburg base? Cruising the rivers for an intimate look at Portugal, Germany, France, and or Italy, Or an ocean voyage that allows you to visit the "must-sees"?  Lake Como to Amsterdam (or the reverse) on a land and river combination, or a Barcelona to Lake Como on an Ocean voyage and land combination? Or what about cruising the Mississippi or Snake Rivers in purpose-built (many paddle ships) ships?  A cruise up the Amazon to experience the mysteries it holds? Or the Nile to see visit the Pyramids of Giza?

Essentially, the point I am making is this: with all of the options out there to wade through - after all 5 different lines may have mirror itineraries... are you sure which cruise line fits you? Let's have a discussion to find your next vacation.
