Taking care of clients is second nature for my wife, Pam, and me. We are active members of the Baby Boomer generation and, after we retired, we decided to become Certified Travel Agents so that we could do more of what we love: traveling and maintaining our strong commitment to helping others. We specialize in cruise vacations and are proud members of ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors) and CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association). I have earned both my MCC (Master Cruise Counsellor) with CLIA and my Norwegian Cruise Line Ph.D. Pam and I also regularly sail aboard Norwegian Cruise Line as we believe that, when we recommend ships and/or itineraries to our clients, it's important that we are speaking from personal experience.
In keeping with my prior career as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I have a very strong commitment to ensuring that the wonderful world of travel is also made available to the disabled. As a result, I earned my designation as an Autism-Friendly Agent as well as that of an SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate. Pam and I are available 24/7/365 and feel that it is our responsibility to advocate for you whenever any unforeseen issue arises. Our goal is to provide you with total peace-of-mind so that you can concentrate on having a wonderful and worry-free vacation.

We started our trip early and Ron booked the flights, I kept telling him to book them and he kept waiting. Ron ended up booking a great flight at a price much less than was previously quoted. The hotels were perfect and the pre-cruise experience and timing in the Great North West worked out perfect. We left on a cruise to Alaska from Seattle and arranged several excursions which worked out perfect. The sight of floating ice and the Glaciers with Whales swimming with the ship was a perfect end to a wonderful experience.

Great trip from an agent that has done it all!

Ron was great to work with. When the cruise line didn't adhere to the original flight itinerary, Ron was relentless at pressuring them to make changes in order to accommodate us. We had a great trip, and it was extra helpful that Ron had been on the same cruise and was able to provide tips!

Great communication! Excellent about answering all of our questions and offered suggestions for us first time cruisers. All of the details were taken care of. Made getting everything ready easy. After booking I was able to make payment at my leisure, and Ron took care of all of our paperwork. I was emailed all of the documents required for our trip. All we had to do was print it at home, and we were ready to go! Highly recommend!

Everything short of the movie "Hangover"

I initially contacted Mr. Harshman to get insight on a cruise for my upcoming bachelor party (11 total guys in party). My fiancée and myself enjoy cruises more than any other vacation destinations, so we figured this would be great for my bachelor party also. Let me tell you it was amazing from beginning of planning to the end of cruise - I tell everyone it was everything short of the movie "hangover." This was all thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Harshman doing all the leg work. Within a few weeks of lining things up with Mr. Harshman, my brother passed away at too young of an age. I had to put things on hold for longer than Mr. Harshman and I would have liked. He kept me informed on deadlines I had meet in order to have all 11 guys information in to get booked for cruise. Mr. Harshman worked diligently up to 3 days prior to leaving for bachelor party cruise to ensure all was good. Much appreciated Mr. Harshman, you planned out for me an experience of a lifetime.
