Couldn't book this cruise due to rooms we needed were sold out. Called Joyce and she was able to get us on the ship, rooms as requested and get everything setup within 48hrs. She was professional yet personable, knowledgeable, quick response and pleasant to work with. Stayed in touch with reminders, helped with special needs such as room decor (gifts), handicap issues and more.She made our trip memorable from start to finish.

Joy was great! I was able to enjoy my cruise rather than worry about all the logistics, Joy did it all! The attention to detail really stood out to me. No small thing went unexplained which I appreciated greatly. Her recommendations were also spot on!
