All about skking!

When the weather is hot outside, it must be time to plan your ski vacations for next season!  Since learning to ski at age 19, I've skied more than 50 ski resorts worldwide - especially Colorado, Utah, Montana and New England.  I've even skied the Alps in Europe and Hokkaido in Japan!

When planning a ski holiday for my clients, I have the knowledge and experience to match them to the right destination, based on their ski and snowboard ability, but also what they'd like to enjoy off mountain too.  Whether it's a soak in an outdoor hot tub, farm-to-table dining, an adventurous snowmobile tour, a day at the spa, or just relaxing in front of a fire, I can design just the right trip for you.  Even the little details, like lift tickets, equipment rental, ski lessons, and local transportation.  And if you are looking for luxury hotel for pampering or a ski condo to call home - I can make that happen.

Why is skiing such a favorite vacation for me?  I love the fresh air, the clear blue sky, and the amazing the views from the top of the mountain.  It’s a family that vacation that we have enjoyed since my kids were little.  These days, my sons and husband are snowboarding on black runs, while I’m cruising on the blue groomers.  Our après ski tradition is to share stories of the day’s best runs, where to find the best snow, and occasionally the story of a great wipe out!

Perhaps the reason I love skiing so much is the great memories we've created with family and friends.  Many years ago, we tried to teach our then three-year old son to ski on plastic, toy-store skis, but they were too slippery.  At the top of each run, I’d pick him up in my arms, he’d stretch his arms out wide and shout, “To Infinity and Beyond” and we’d fly down the 400 yards to the lift.   It was a perfect, blue sky ski day.  We were both asleep before the car left the parking lot.

I'd love to help you plan the perfect ski holiday for you and your family!  Please give me a call when you are ready to plan.
