Re: hotels...I had in mind the type of hotels & the location and then I left it up to her to offer suggestions that met my criteria. Every hotel I choose was wonderful...the prize point, location and quality of hotels were "spot on". Joleen took care of our land travel (trains & car rentals).She made all the arrangements, then emailed me the tickets. My husband & I are seasoned travelers, but booking land travel has always been a chore for me. This was wonderful to have it all done for me. I found Joleen's information while searching for a Tauck certified travel agent. My husband and I had booked a river cruise on the Rhine with another couple. Not realizing there was a difference, we booked directly through Tauck, including 2 days prior to the cruise and one day after. I was disappointed that Tauck could not assist with reservations for excursions we wanted to consider prior to or after the cruise. I wanted some help and direction and went online.
