Katelyn Babb has been fantastic while planning our Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure trip! Seriously, she is the best of the best! She is prompt to responding and always has an answer to my questions. She provided us with all of the information for our trip that we were planning last minute. Throughout the entire process, she ensured that we got the best deal possible while setting us up for a VERY successful trip. She is the best and I cannot express how appreciative I am for her and her hard word! I feel like she is not only my travel agent now - but a friend! She has been super sweet during this process and even got my class of kiddos stickers from her previous Disney trip! We love her and she can seriously plan a GREAT trip!

Katelyn Babb with The Vacationeer was a phenomenal travel agent to work with! She planned our Oregan vacay my husband and I took for our 5 year anniversary. She pulled a list of the best hotels and let us pick our top ones. Each hotel had it's own quirks and were so fantastic! The rental car agency she booked us with gave us a free upgrade on arrival. She talked to others who had been to the Portland and Cannon Beach locations and was able to give us top recommendations on restaurants and things to do! She even checked in on us throughout the trip! I'd recommend her 20/10 and will definitely be using her again!!

Katelyn Babb is absolutely amazing!! This was my first trip to Disney and I was really overwhelmed. I had enquired about booking a trip so far in advance that it wasn't even available to book yet, but she said she'd reach out when it was. Not only did she follow through and reached out literally the day it was available, she gave us lots of different resort options and helped us choose the right dates to avoid spring break. A couple months after booking we needed to adjust our dates by one day and she took care of everything! She provided lots of resources along the way to help us understand all the little nuances that Disney brings and even reached out to check on us while we were there! That was so thoughtful and appreciated! Her knowledge is unending and her promptness at responding (via text and email) is unmatched! I will absolutely recommend her to everyone and I will be sure to reach out to her for future adventures of our own. Thank you, again, Katelyn!

Katelyn was awesome and super easy to work with. I just told her what days we wanted to go to Disney and specific parks and she made it all happen. She linked everything to my Disney app so it was all there in a matter of minutes! She sent very helpful documents on rides and when they book up with the genie pass so we were able to book the rides we really wanted to do and stay ahead of the curve. All of her information and resources were super helpful. When we were at Disney she was also there but was reaching out and saying if we needed anything don’t hesitate to ask, which was very nice considering she was out at the parks having fun as well. I would highly recommend her and the next time we come back to Disney we will definitely be reaching out to her!

Our Disney Vacation was next-to-none thanks to Katelyn. From the very moment I inquired until the hour we left she was a text away. Answering almost immediately for any and every question I had! Being well informed can make or break a Disney vacation and with someone of Katelyns knowledge and tips and tricks being a literal text away was the most comforting and reassuring thing. After laying out price points with multiple options, as requested, she booked not just my family but, all of my parents and sisters tickets and accommodations, all of which were different! On top of that, after sharing our children’s interest she laid out the best and most efficient and cost affective way for us to see every attraction that was most fitting for us!
I can’t recommend this service enough. You would be silly to attempt Disney without Katelyn on your side!

I decided we were going to Disney for Christmas in September 2023. After a month of trying to do on my own, I finally did what I kept seeing people suggest, find a Disney TA and I was directed to The Vacationeer. Within 24 hrs I was set up with Katelyn Babb and I am SO glad I got her! We immediately hit it off with our banter and humor and within hours she had done what I couldn’t do in a month . She took all my requests into consideration, she was diligent with emails and texts. She dealt with my anxious meltdowns on how to find things, sent me links for the MDE app and videos for tips and tricks. I seriously am so grateful for the help she gave me. My daughter planned a trip to Disney through Katelyn. We just returned from our trip, and I am pleased to say that all went extremely smoothly. Thanks to Katelyn, we had each day planned which was very important with 3 small children. The resort was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and the location was near a pool and the skyliner. My daughter knew how to get lightning passes, make dinner reservations and do many things that helped us easily navigate Disney. I was impressed with Katelyn when she got back to me in less than an hour after I inquired about booking a last minute trip to Universal Studios Orlando! She had several quotes ready for me on the very same day that I asked! She worked out several quotes for me until we found one that worked! She never made me feel like I was bothering her with all my questions and asking her to change this or that. Even after we booked our trip, Katelyn was always there to answer my questions. Our family decided to finally visit Walt Disney World for the first time to celebrate our children's birthdays. As it was our first time, we had no idea what do to or where to go. Fortunately, we found Katelyn after perusing some helpful websites. We didn't know what to expect with a trip like this and wanted it to be as close to perfect as possible. Katelyn provided that and then some. We learned some of the best ways to navigate the different parks, what rides/attractions to prioritize and avoid, and even where to find some dole whips for a fix on the hot days (pretty much every day).
