Cassandra has helped us plan several cruises and well as our trip to Disney. She gives insight, tips, and suggestions and helps us navigate the trickier parts of booking a trip. Once, when we almost missed our cruise, she communicated with the cruise line to give us the leeway to be able to board. She has saved us so much stress!

We scheduled WDW trip for April, with grandchildren. Along came COVID; WDW shut down. Cassandra planned our trip to Universal Studios in Orlando Fl. We are a family of 8. Cassandra arranged the flight from Phila. , transportation from the airport to the hotel, park tickets, and dinner reservations. Cassandra planned our last Disney trip so we could celebrate what would have been our oldest son's 11th birthday. She literally planned our itinerary with very little input from us and we had the most magical time. We don't know how she did it, but we felt like we were sprinkled with pixie dust every single day - everywhere we went. She was FULL of great tips... knowledgeable about rides and restaurants and events... she got us fast passes and character meals and even had something special sent to our room to remember our son. Planning our trip to Disney has been a long process, but working with Cassandra is an absolute joy. Cassandra made our first trip to Disney with our kids a DREAM! She was SO patient with me during the planning process and planned the absolute BEST days for us. we just returned from our second trip to Disney... a trip which Cassandra booked for our family of eight. Cassandra is the best!! She has planned our past 2 trips to Disney World and the Disney cruise. She is so knowledgeable on the hotels, rides, restaurants/meals. She plans our days out to run so smoothly, timing the fast passes and reservations perfectly! Cassandra answers emails immediately, at any time of the day. She is such a pleasure to work with!

Our recent trip to Walt Disney World was phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, all of the prior planning fell into place. There was a brief moment of "We need Help, here!" when we arrived at the resort (no one offered to assist with our bags) however, "Jim" (a manager, we believe) stepped up,inquired and immediately ushered us into the building to speak with a Concierge and "Ana" was excellent in her service, caring and concern. The resort was the best! Club floor was worth the extra cost. Club staff was accommodating and friendly and the food was delicious. The schedule of events was easy to follow and everything went accordingly. Fast Pass was more than helpful as we enjoyed the many rides and events. The food at the various restaurants was not always good - not tasty and/or unidentifiable. You learn what not to order. We would do this again and hopefully with Ms. Cassandra Doyle. Her service was GREAT!!!

Cassandra was again the best in assisting with the planning of our Disney World trip. She always has wonderful suggestions and keeps you informed of any discounts or specials taking place over your travel dates as they come up. This was our first time at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival and it was absolutely fantastic. Cassandra had many suggestions and they were all perfect in guiding us at the event. While the weather on our last full day did not cooperate (Hurricane Matthew), Cassandra reached out directly to us to make sure everything was alright and if we were set with additional accommodations at the hotel since our flight was cancelling and to offer any assistance we needed with anything. She was readily available and very responsive with any question. I look forward to continuing to use Cassandra for our travel needs in the future as she has never let up down :)

We went to Hawaii, stayed in multiple hotels, rented several cars and traveled to multiple islands. All were done with a single issue! Cassandra arranged all of this and we had the time of our lives! We wouldn't use anybody else to arrange our vacations!

I can't say enough about Cassandra. She went out of her way to help out our group to find a great place to stay in Jamaica. She kept on top of things which made my life easier. If there were any problems she would email me right away and if anything else came about she was either on her phone or computer to take care of the issues. My vacation was FABULOUS!!

Cassandra planned our family's first trip to Disney World. She made it so easy for us! Literally all we did was tell her our kids' ages, a few of our likes and dislikes and when we wanted to go. From there, she planned EVERYTHING. From the air travel, to hotel, to dining reservations and even fast passes. And it was perfect. The right mix of action and down-time for our family of five. Everyday we were there, we found ourselves talking about how well she planned the experience. It couldn't have been a better vacation! Cassandra was the example of what a TA should be. She had inside knowledge on everything we wanted to see and was able to customize a 5 day Disney vacation that was right in line with what we wanted. We gave her very little time to plan as it was a late booking but she still got it done and well within the timeframe we had. Cassandra was a fabulous resource who we frequently consulted with as we planned our 3-generation Disney World vacation.
