As one who spent many years in education (grad school was for my principal certification!), I understand children. As a mother to two teenagers who we started cruising before entering kindergarten, I have seen their phases of life while cruising firsthand and know it from the momma perspective. How can you entice your kids to enjoy and learn about Alaska (but know really know they are "learning"??). How can that hike on St John be used towards a Junior Ranger badge with the National Park Service? If you can't make it to the Great Barrier Reef, where can a family go for the second largest reef in the world to experience the marine life? Why is that bell chiming at an odd time in Nagasaki? How is the Amalia Glacier in South America (Chile) like the Glacier Bay National Park or the Norwegian Fjords experienced via a cruise ship? Mandy is always prompt in replying, this is so important to me. She has a wealth of knowledge in many ports, even down to a shop to find slacks when British Airways lost our luggage!! Have used her for our last 5? cruises! One was our whole family, 4 cabins, to celebrate our anniversary. This time was to the Caribbean with 2 adult daughters. Great relaxing trip, and they got to experience snorkeling and the islands.

I just finished my first cruise through Mandy. Mandy was very knowledgeable when I was trying to make a reservation for a short cruise for my sister and me. I welcomed her opinions and ideas for what we would like. She got us a good deal and our room, when they assigned it, was a little of an upgrade! I’ve made another trip reservation with Mandys help for later next summer. I did enjoy working with Mandy, she’s very responsive via email and our phone call to have a little quicker interaction worked out good too.
