Fantastic. Melissa provides excellent support and provides many recommendations for all travel needs including transportation to and from the airport, motels and port, as well as excursions, dining and entertainment. "For The Love Of Cruising"

I never realized that there's a whole different world out there until Melissa introduced us to cruising. That was several years and 17 cruises ago. All of these amazing adventures, have been well coordinated and very well planned without any problems thanks to Melissa with all of her experiences as a travel planner. She's always helped us find the best deals out there each time and, more than once adjusted our trip for us due to unforeseen circumstances. Melissa makes sure we are ready for each trip with her updates as well as reminders about important documents we may need for each trip. Her email correspondences reassures us that she is "right there" connecting with us and answering any questions we may have regarding an upcoming trip. It's difficult to single out any one trip experience because Melissa has planned so many for us and as long as we continue to travel, and due to our enjoyable travel experiences, she will continue to be our travel planner.

Melissa has always been very attentive when planning our trips and cruises over many years. Not only does she have the knowledge and travel experience to help us ensure that we are planning the trip that meets our desires at the time, but she has kept an eye on the cost of a cruise that we have booked many months ahead of time. If the price goes down, she has taken her time to cancel and rebook the cruise to save us dollars.
