Michelle and her team were AMAZING. From the beginning with tweaking the itinerary to the final product was extremely easy. Michelle was very responsive with any questions I had or changes I made (which were a lot… ha ha ). Her on the ground coordinator in Italy was fabulous. Each night before an excursion they would text me with the time and meeting place. The guides were on time and absolutely the BEST! Each one of them catered the day to exactly what we wanted… even on the fly at some points. Michelle is already planning our family vaca for December and we can’t wait! Thank you!!!!

Michelle was a pleasure to work with. She arranged everything from hotel, transfers, restaurant reservations etc. She even got us an upgrade! She was available at all times to answer all our questions. We are currently working with Michelle to plan our next trip for this coming fall.

Michelle and her team were amazing! We had already started to plan our vacation and found Michelle half way through. Michelle took over and planned all of our excursions/ activities because we had already booked air and hotels. We worked close together to come up with the perfect itinerary for our group and Michelle was always quick to respond to my emails/ texts! Once we arrived in Italy her local team was just perfect. Each evening we would receive a text on details for the following day. All guides were on time and extremely knowledgable. Since all of our tours were private we could tailor the tours to our liking as we went along which was great.
