We worked with Siera to book our anniversary trip to Universal. She took all our request into consideration and prepared the best trip we could have asked for. Her attention to detail ended up saving us money when she found a deal to extend our park to park tickets! We wouldn’t have had such an amazing time w/o Siera!

Theme park fun!

We had planned a trip to DisneyWorld through Siera for 2020 and when everything went to hell she helped us re book for the following year and guided us through all the constant changes and issues with pandemic restrictions. Her knowledge and insight of the parks and area really helped us plan and figure things out. She is incredibly communicative and we loved working with her. We will use her again for our next trip.

Sierra was amazing. She made planning seamless and easy. She worked really hard to make sure we got all of the specifics down and offered great advice. We went during a very browsed time, right when Disney was lifting COVID restrictions, and I was nervous. I couldn’t have done it without her.

Siera is extraordinarily helpful and patient with all of my questions (which I always have a lot of), plus she responds in a timely manner! I wouldn't want to book my vacations with anyone else. She makes sure that everything I want out of my vacation I am able to get, and within budget. Our first vacation we went to Orlando and did a few days at Universal and then a day at Disney. It was absolutely amazing! Now we are going on a cruise, and we couldn't be more excited about the dreams Siera has helped us make a reality.

Siera is one of the most magical TAs I have ever met. Not only is she knowledgeable on everything Disney she is always available to answer any and all questions. We are a military family and she got us the best deals and worked around my husband's crazy schedule. We were able to get every reservation we wanted and even got that hard to get fast pass with Anna and Elsa. She made every step of planning easy and smooth. If we had an issue even while there she was able to help. My son is ASD and she offered tons of tips to make WDW fun for him as well and not so overwhelming. She has a heart of gold and truly loves planning magical vacations ? We recommend her to everyone! She has booked several of our friend's vacations and they rave about her as well. Cannot go wrong with Siera! She will be the only person we will ever use :)

She has taken care of planning multiple trips to Disneyworld as well as a special trip for our 40th anniversary to Las Vegas we recently returned yesterday from another trip she arranged for us to Disney. Siera has probably done about 15 bookings for us in the past 3-4 years. She does it all, with great skill. She can answer any question, figure out the solution to any problem, and makes travel planning a breeze. We've used her for both Walt Disney World, and Disneyland, including our honeymoon. We wouldn't trust anyone else.
Do yourself a favor. Use Siera for anything Disney related and for all the other services she can offer to help with. You will absolutely not be disappointed, in fact you'll be thrilled and keep going back to her again and again, just like we have.
