Deann was instrumental in helping us organize our days as Disneyworld for our group of 9 (sometimes 13). She was able to arm me with the information and strategies of how to make the most out of each day. Everyone was impressed with me (via Deann) on how organized and efficient everything was. We were able to enjoy a lot of rides and time together (or split up into smaller groups). Deann was even helpful answer questions while we were at the resorts.
Don't think we would have survived with this large group from ages 3 to 70+ and everywhere in-between.
