From the suggestions and multiple options with our hotel, to helping gear our trip toward what our daughters would most enjoy park wise, to lunch and dinner recommendations/reservations, she made it SO EASY! Her knowledge of the parks (I might have texted her the very first hour freaking out on how to get to dinner) to her expertise in picking the attractions that were most suited for us, she was always available, organized and ready to help. She made our first Disney adventure more magical than I could have ever imagined!! Tammie was highly recommended to us and when you go through her to book your vacation you will see why. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helps in every way she can. Tammie is a great travel agent that goes the extra mile. She was kind and informative and so patient with all the questions I had. Plus she knew secret tips and tricks that made our trip SOOO MUCH EASIER! Tammie was wonderful and quick in her response in booking our Disney tickets and Universal tickets. I had not been in over 20 years and was taking my kids and grandkids. We purchased the photo pass and I only wish that this was explained better to me. Our entire first day and a half at Disney I did not realize that after a ride you could scan the photo pass on your pictures from the ride and those pictures would then upload into our photos so we missed out on those pictures from those rides. I would also recommend requesting reservations for dining as soon as you can because that was difficult. This was like the first trip going there since I had not been there in over 20 years so much has changed and many things were not explained and I didn’t know to ask. So more information would have been helpful.

We have been on many Disney trips before, but never with the expertise of a Mom Approved Travel Agent! Tammie made this the smoothest trip we've ever taken with her wealth of information and monitoring of our reservations. She even was able to save us additional money when a promotion came out. If you are on the fence about booking, I highly suggest you do so with Tammie!
