Planning a Disney trip takes a lot of effort and Mona was amazing as handling every detail for us. Mona booked our hotel package, meal reservations and even arranged private transportation to/from the airport. Mona was able to advise on steps to take utilizing Disney's DAS Program as we have a child with a disability. I would highly recommend Mona for your future travel adventures!

We used Mona to plan our first Disney World trip with our kids. She helped us learn about all of our choices and offered advice as we made the many decisions that go with a Disney vacation. She also answered questions that came up along the way. She booked all of our dining so that we didn't have to worry about it and reminded us when those windows for booking were approaching so we could choose what we wanted. Our trip was extremely smooth and I think it was because of the planning that went into it. We were able to just have a great time and not worry about all of the details. I would recommend others use Mona to plan their vacations and am using her myself for our return Disney trip this year.

Retirement adventures

Our two trips handled by Mona have been home runs! The first had to be rescheduled three times because of the pandemic, but the recent one was flawless. She takes care of airline rescheduling, local extensions, whatever needs to be done so that we never had to stay on hold trying to reach anyone by phone. What a luxury, and it costs us nothing. We also learned on our last cruise that the $500 voucher money to spend on board came through a special promotion that Mona got as an agent. Others on the trip who had booked directly through the cruise line didn't have it.
