I believe the best way to learn is by experience. I think it is very important that travel agents sell only what they know. I try to travel as much as possible. I do train online, but I feel like I need to learn firsthand about what is sell.
One thing that I love about my job is getting to know families. I want to know their interests and what makes vacations special to them. I strive to create memorable and remarkable vacations.
My top priorities are saving my clients money and making them happy. I compare several suppliers to get the best deal. I help my clients as little or as much as they would like for me to do.

Cindy has been our travel agent since before she was officially a travel agent! Our family has benefitted for her travel expertise since 2011 when she started planning our annual family vacation with her family. We have been to Disney World several times, Disneyland, so many cruises and Hawaii, but the first trip she planned for us as a Travel Agent was a Royal Caribbean cruise and it was fabulous. We went with friends and every detail was taken care of. She provides transportation suggestions for when you land, she will book your airfare, hotel (if you are going in early) and make sure you know how to get to the port. Once you are ready to board, she will have provided a list of the necessary documents which makes boarding such an easy process. No detail is left out. She will make every trip magical if you just take a chance and let her plan your next vacation! You will not regret a thing!
