Gayle with Cocolime Vacations is the best! She booked a two week romantic anniversary trip to Secrets Akumal. She is resourceful, reliable and I highly recommend her to everyone. Great Honeymoon Resource

This was a great resource to use for a honeymoon. Everything was set wonderfully all transfers went without a hitch and it was just great doing business with cocoa lime

Our first overseas trip was perfect

When I called, Gayle jumped right in and had recommendations within the week. She listened to our desires and began developing a perfect vacation. When I called with questions or changes she was always accesible and quick to respond. As our trip got closer Gayle had a complete guide to what we needed to do before the trip, including tips and apps. She provided us with an app of our trip, tickets, and even walking guides that she also printed for us. The app gave everyone in our group easy access to all the details for every day. Our trip was wonderful and without problems. We couldn't have asked for better.

If you are looking to take a vacation and not have to worry about the details, Gayle is your girl!!! She seriously has every base covered and takes all the stress out of planning a vacation. All that is left for you to do is ENJOY!!!! There wasn't anything that went unnoticed....from the pre-printed luggage tags with plastic holders, friendly reminders to book dinner reservations & excursions, to the MULTIPLE upgrades that we received (preferred seating, special desserts, upgraded dinners) we truly felt spoiled and relaxed!

Our wonderful romantic Anniversary vacation!

Gayle was very professional, she gave helpful suggestions and provided options and followed up either by phone or email and tect. She provided a packet for everything. we needed prior to our trip which includes airport information transfer information and resort information. She even contacted the resort to inform them of our special day.( Anniversary) It was so very helpful.

Great Communication & got us a great deal

Communication is key for me when dealing with anything pertaining to travel and Gayle was great with getting back to me. She was also able to get me a deal on my hotel room that I couldn't get myself and that is the key to a great travel agent is offering deals to their clients.

Truly Wonderful Experience. Gayle was the best travel agent we have ever used, and we won’t be using anyone else from now on… She was extremely knowledgeable and gave valuable insight and recommendations that made our vacation one of the best in memory.
