Wedding Travel Services | Destination Weddings
Wedding travel services are a joy to me! When a Bride comes to me for assistance, I love being able to take something off of her to-do list and put it on mine.
For traditional brides, honeymoons, destination bachelor parties, room block and travel arrangements are just a few things that I can do help the bridal party. I have had honeymooners travel to many different locations, including Dominican Republic, South Africa, and Malta.
For those brides that are looking for a different experience, destination weddings are also one of my wedding travel services. As a Destination Wedding Travel Planner, I work with my bride and groom to secure a resort, negotiate room and wedding contracts. and book all wedding guests' travel.

Amazing Honeymoon!

The greatest week at Universal!

This is my third time having Claibourne plan a trip for me and my kids and she was amazing! The planning process was great - Claibourne always replied to my MANY emails very quickly and she was always happy to try different options and send me many different quotes to help me find the option that was perfect for us. She seems to know everything about Disney and Universal, especially what we're interested in which is all the stuff that's fun for kids! Claibourne gave us great tips on making reservations and all the essentials we would need for our trip. It couldn't have gone more smoothly! Our trip was wonderful with no hiccups and we are already trying to figure out what kind of trip we want Claibourne to help us with next!

Amazing experience out West!

I highly recommend Claibourne! Our family trip to Arizona was awesome thanks to her. She planned everything based on our conversations about what we liked doing. We hadn’t ever been out West so without her recommendations we would have been lost.

A truly magical vacation

I have travelled to Disney World many times, but the two trips there with Claibourne as my travel agent were definitely the best. She is always available, like when a hurricane is coming and you have to cancel your trip the day before it is suppose to begin, and she thinks of every situation for your particular group. We travelled with our grandchildren and she made Disney signs for their strollers. Claibourne is the best!

Claibourne was great! She found exactly what we needed, showed us a few different options to fit our budget, and gave great recommendations. When a better deal came along after we already booked, she let us know and adjusted it for us. Thai was out second time booking and if we have another Orlando trip coming up we will certainly reach out again

Graduation/Birthday trip

Claibourne is all about serving others. She was so quick to answer any questions we had about our plans. She booked everything and organized it for us that it was so simple for us. It really took the stress off of us and saved us time. She sent us information that was so helpful and gave us important reminders. She even sent us links for great ideas of things we might find useful to take into the parks such as water bottles, Minnie ears, etc.! She got us the best accommodations with the best views in Disney! It was so easy and great working with Claibourne. We had the best trip thanks to her help!

Claibourne helped us plan every aspect of our trip to Disney and Universal. There is no way I would have been able to put the week together without her help. She listened to the things we were most interested in doing and also made suggestions of great things to do. She also kept our budget in mind- making sure we got the most for our money at each park! Claibourne was always prompt when communicating and made the entire process a breeze. I can’t imagine trying to plan a trick like this without the help of Claibourne!

Claiborne was such a fantastic planner for my family's first Disney trip! I really did not know what I was doing at all, so she did so much of the backend work to get us set up, including profile development for the five of us, as well as doing our resort, park and dining reservations for each day. About a week before we left, Claiborne and I met and she gave me a complete rundown of each park, how to use the app, what rides to prioritize, and a strategy for getting the most out of each of our days. I would've been lost without all of her help! We are looking forward to going to Disney again, and we will absolutely use Claiborne again!

Claibourne was excellent in booking our trip to Universal Studios - Orlando. I gave her our family budget and she went to work. She offered several options in our price range and customized the trip to fit our needs. All we had to do was drive to our destination, everything else was planned for us.
