Ms Lange demonstrated professionalism above and beyond our expectations to make our travel experience enjoyable! She took care of all the details, especially the ones we wouldn't have thought of! Lori's help in planning our Costa Rica trip was invaluable to making a smooth and fun vacation. She recommended several fantastic hotels that had nice amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. She was able to save us some money on flights during a busy travel time and offered us other travel tips on getting a rental car and booking excursions such as zip lining. It was such a fun trip and my kids now call Costa Rica their "happy place" so we'll probably be visiting again. We really appreciated Lori's expertise and advice!
