Fueled by a love for family vacations that have played a pivotal role in my own life, I am passionate about creating cherished memories for families of all kinds. As a parent of three – with kids ranging from 6 to 17 – I comprehend the diverse needs and dynamics that come with family travel. From the early days of toddler tantrums to the teenage quest for excitement, I've navigated it all, making me well-versed in crafting family vacations tailored to every age and stage.
Coming out of the pandemic, I've found a renewed joy in working with multi-generational family trips. It's increasingly common for larger families to come together, eager to make up for lost time and create lasting memories. Recently, I had the privilege of booking and planning a Mediterranean cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line® for a special family celebration. The occasion marked the 50th wedding anniversary of grandma and grandpa, who were also celebrating grandma's 75th birthday.
In this heart-warming experience, I assisted the family in selecting an itinerary that checked off several locations that had long been on grandma and grandpa's travel wish list. From the picturesque ports to cultural landmarks, each destination held significance for the family. I curated shore excursions that catered to various abilities and desires, ranging from leisurely shopping experiences to high-adventure activities.
Upon their return, the family shared how special and memorable their time together was, emphasizing the importance of celebrating milestones in such a unique and meaningful way. I felt truly honored to be part of their family's vacation planning experience, contributing to the creation of moments that will be cherished for generations.

Magical Disney Trip Planning

Megan is an amazing vacation planner! We have used her services for 3 magical Disney World trips, and will definitely contact her for future trips. She is always very responsive, highly organized, and full of great trip suggestions which fit our varied interests. She excels in organizing the daily itineraries and has always flawlessly managed our preferred dinning reservations. She helps organize our fast passes so we can maximize our park time. There are so many price points for Disney accommodations and Megan is very knowledgeable about the various hotel options, and she always remains mindful of our budget throughout all stages of the planning process. We have planned 6 trips to Walt Disney World, 1 trip to Beaches (Turks & Caicos), and 1 “almost” trip to Disneyland with Megan (the “almost” unfortunately due to the pandemic). If not for Covid, we’d be planning another already! Megan is extremely knowledgeable, and provides incredible guidance on everything from hotels, to dining, to FastPass planning, based on the specific needs of your family. As our children have gotten older, she has helped “age” our planning and experiences as well. Megan also always comes through in a pinch, often snagging a hard to get FastPass or dining reservation!

The easiest vacation ever when Megan plans your trip. She is so easy to work with. Megan will take care of everything from hotel stay, dinner reservations, excursions, activities and shows. You literally need to do nothing but pack and get yourself on a plane. Megan is responsive and ALWAYS there to alleviate any confusion and answer questions. 5+ stars for Megan. This was not an ordinary vacation as we were traveling with our special needs granddaughter. Megan took the time to explain and provide information we needed to make this such an enjoyable trip. We had a wonderful trip….. we have nothing but good things to say about everything! And Goofy’s Kitchen was the highlight of all our meals. The chef himself showed us through the buffet so we could avoid allergens. That degree of personal service makes Disney what it is!

A memorable trip for the family

I cannot imagine a trip to Disney without having Megan's assistance in planning it. She is so very knowledgeable, about everything Disney and Universal and helps to guide your trip to your family's interests.
