There is nothing like having someone that knows their stuff when it comes to travel. I contacted CJ when my flight was cancelled and I just knew my speaking engagement was ruined. CJ contacted the airline on my behalf, and when she came back to the phone, she had secured me a seat on another airline allowing me to get to my destination just in time to be called up to speak. Though I was nervous, I used my experience with CJ to get me through the time I was in front of hundreds.

Thank goodness for travel professionals like CJ. I missed my connecting flight home for relaxing too long at the airport lounge. I was in full panic mode because I’m always the prompt one.

They say if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. Well not in my case. I booked my own travel and did not know that I booked a flight with a connection but did not realize that the city I was departing from was at a different airport.
Because my flight was already delayed, there was no way that I could Uber, taxi, or shuttle to get me there, so I reached out to CJ.
She went to work immediately and got me out of the bind I put myself in.

The knowledge of travel agents cannot be beaten when you’re in the cluster of an airport in a line of thousands.
My flight was delayed and everyone in front of me was bound to take all the seats on the next available flight.
I called CJ and it was like I had moved to the front of the line, got my flight rebooked and was able to find a comfortable spot, able to utilize the time in the airport lines to work on things that were far more productive.
I will never leave home without her number locked in my phone.

What a night

What a night! I had traveled all day to get to my hotel to find they gave my room away since. I remembered putting CJ’s business card at the bottom of my purse, never believing I would even use it. I called to see if she could assist me to find a room that was in a safe location and was not infested by insects.
I was so exhausted she assured me she would help me and took my safety into full consideration.
Miraculously she found a nice hotel with all the amenities I needed and affordable. She even waited on the phone with me until Uber showed up.
