Working with Erica James was a pleasure. She offered a fabulous and affordable trip to Dubai with a very comfortable payment plan. She sent frequent email communications with excellent information starting nine months prior to the trip's start date. She also had a well-planned and informative travel group session with great refreshments, gift bags, and door prizes a few weeks before departure. During the session, she shared travel tips, showed videos of our tour destination, and distributed travel documents. Finally, Erica was with the group the entire week in Dubai making sure we had a fantastic experience. I absolutely loved the pace of the trip and will recommend the Dubai trip and Erica James to my family and friends.

Each time I had a question regarding our trip...I could always speak directly to Erica and she was always helpful. Had lots of questions because this was my very first cruise. Called so many times though she would get sick of me, but she didn't. Erica answered all questions and I was grateful to be able to communicate with her. I referred Erica to my daughter and she has planned a wedding renewal vow cruise for my daughter January 2016. So, I'm looking forward to my second cruise and I have a phobia of water. Very gracious and down to earth young lady. Thanks Erica

When I took my first Cruise with Erica James travel agency I was impressed. Erica was very experienced and very detailed in how everything would typically pan out. From hotels to accommodate, to booking our airplane, and getting us to and from the cruise ship. Both my Husband I appreciated the advice and the communication back and forth. But then I wanted to plan another cruise with a couple of friends just last year. Because I seen a really good buy one get one deal, and both myself and my friend Susan emailed and called with questions, and we got little to no fee back. We ended up calling and booking our own cruise. I do like Erica James but this last time I felt like we were put on the back burner and I was not pleased.

I will not travel if Erica James does not plan the trip, She makes everything stress free. I took a trip that she did not plan and I contacted her while I was on the trip and told her not to ever let me go anywhere without her plans. I have and will always recommend Erica James Travels.
