This is our 3rd cruise with Austin's expert help. He worked with Celebrity Future Cruises on this one starting a year ago while we were on our 2023 cruise. Through the year prior to this cruise he handled all details of payment, cruise documents, boarding passes, luggage tags, on board credit, dining, tours, and wirked with Celebrity in our best interest regarding their promotions and discounts as well as those of Yankee Trails. He
promptly and accurately answered all of our questions from day one of the planning to the day before our departure.
