April was absolutely amazing. I had never planned a huge trip and I knew it was going to be too much for me. I reach out on the website within minutes April reached out. I told her it was for my honeymoon, I had no clue budget wise and she took the reins. She answered every question I had. Even though I felt like I was tormenting her with them. Haha she never once ignored me and always gave the best advice. Our trip was smooth and better than I expected! We will continue to tell everyone about her and use her for our trips!

My wife and I traveled to the most beautiful and romantic island getaway! Sandals Antigua was the most beautiful place to spend time and relax! April recommended the circumnavigation and horseback riding tours and both were beyond anything we expected! She has a customer for life!

The boys LOVED the pool at the hotel as well as the Jurassic playground. I could not have predicted how much they wanted to go back to those 2 things, especially with all the other things to do. We were all also very impressed by the light show at Hogwarts.

We had the most amazing time! Thank you for helping us. I was really blown away by Disney World on this trip. We had such a great time there. I wish we had spent 2 days in the Magic Kingdom as well as a day at Epcot. We really loved our time at Universal but it was unusually crowded (due to events) for January. They had some sort of soccer event the weekend we arrived and a Christian rock festival the weekend we left. I have been recommending you to everyone that will listen to me and I will continue to do so. We have decided that when we go back we would like a 4 or five day trip and we definitely prefer the parks during the weekdays. We really appreciate you help us with such a magical vacation. Our Disney World vacation far exceeded our expectations. Everything went so smoothly, which is not typical for us as one of our children is disabled. April was wonderful about helping us be prepared and Disney was great about accommodating our disabled child's needs. We cannot wait to go back.

April was more like a friend than a travel agent while helping to organize my daughter and my first trip to Disney. My experience with April was nothing short of amazing, She helped me and my family plan our first trip to disney world and she made everything so stress free and accommodating. Planning our family trip to Disney was something I looked forward to since becoming a mom. I had never been to Disney myself and couldn’t wait to experience it with my husband and our 2 boys (5&7yo). I worked with April Wells, and she is fantastic! She assisted me through the entire vacation experience: research, booking, travel, vacation week, and even during our travel home! I felt fully prepared for our vacation before I even left home. I knew all the resort and park amenities, perks, and experiences. Where to go when I arrived, where to get my tickets, how to get the parks etc. When we were flying home, our flight was canceled, and April helped book additional nights at the resort while I dealt with the airline. This was a huge help, especially since it was late at night and I was traveling with a child.

The only issue we had was that Genie Plus was a little tricky to figure out at first (we couldn't figure out how to make reservations for rides without the app needing to suggest it to us). Luckily a CM saw us struggling and helped! The room was awesome, the parks were beautiful, and everything went very smoothly. You were very helpful and got us such a great deal. I’m very thankful for April being a kind, courteous, and most importantly, a patient person. Unfortunately, I missed my initial cruise because I missed my flight to Orlando, due to bad weather on the east coast. Not only did April get me on a Disney cruise the following month, but she was also able to upgrade my room/cabin.
