The majority of my clients come to me to book leisure getaways, but my first experience in the travel industry was booking travel for corporate clients. I still do this today.  

There is a big difference between corporate and leisure bookings, and a good agent understands this. Leisure clients tend to be more casual in their approach, while corporate clients are forthright and require efficient itineraries that make the most of their time. This means it is up to the agent to make sure the client has all the amenities and services a first class business traveler should have, is booked on the ideal flight and gets every upgrade available.
