I’ve been a Celebrity lover since sailing on the inaugural cruise of the Zenith back in 1992 — it blew my mind how beautiful it was. I’ve also been a travel agent for thirty years, and I always strive to provide that same level of awe-inspiring experience to my clients. Of course, it’s no surprise that Celebrity never disappoints in that endeavor. I sell hundreds of Celebrity cruises a year, and the feedback is universally positive: between how attentive the crew is, how innovative and beautiful the ships are, and the unique itineraries that now offer two days in port, there’s something for everyone to love.

Suzi has organized trips for our large group, up to 5 families & friends, from different states for our cruises. She is on top of her game and always knows the best direction to get us all in one spot! (More like herding ducks.) When one of our group needed a wheelchair, she knew how to adjust our reservation at the last minute. When one of our group at another cruise was injured mid cruise, she helped to direct us to the best situation to arrange the return trip. Both of these happened during European cruises where we were at a loss to decide the best situation for us. One trip she helped guide our group of 20 +, through an at sea wedding. Wow!
We have used Suzi for over 15 years. We never leave home without her in our pocket.

A well-planned vacation cruise

Suzi, you did a great job of organizing our cruise last week on the Allure of the Seas for our family group of ten. Scheduling the shows each day for all ten of us was pretty complicated, but you got it all arranged for us. Planning cruises through you is so smart because you have so much personal knowledge about the ships, itineraries, etc., as you have actually experienced many of the trips yourself. I remember a couple years ago we were returning from a New England cruise and arriving in Brooklyn just as the hurricane was approaching. There were no hotel rooms, no rental cars; nowhere for us to go. We were stuck in the baggage section of the airport, which was being closed in about an hour. As we were waiting for the Red Cross to pick us up we got a phone call - it was you - saying you had found a room for us at a small hotel. Little did we realize that you had been aware of the circumstances and were looking after us. Thanks, Suzi, you are the best!

Suzi has helped us with the last 2 trips we have taken. Previously on a cruise around South America, and then a wonderful Monogram Tour of Machu Pichu, and most recently on a Tauck Tour of Australia and New Zealand. She is so knowledgeable about all of the places you might want to visit in the world, and follows up with everything you suggest. This last tour exceeded our expectations, and we know it was on her recommendation. We had never traveled with Tauclk before, but what a fabulous tour! She matched our wished to the trip perfectly! She is a six star plus. We could go diectly to the trip sight and book however we would miss her knowledge on what to do, weather, changes in the trip, whatever she is great. We live in two places and she gets all our trip information to us and always calls to see what the trip was like and what we saw. That is one of the reasons she can tell others about the trip and she has been to may places herself. She is always on top of things and we just enjoy dealing with her. She is our
travel agent of choice and have booked about 9-l0 trips with her and will keep on booking with her. She keeps an eye
out for the best flight rates which is a great perk for us. She is so full of knowledge and is so willing to help in any way.
She is just comforable to work with and we can not say enough about her.

A visit to Suzi's office made us feel very happy and grateful that a good friend had recommended we use her services. In addition to the currant trip she provided us with excellent ideas and options for a longer cruise crossing the Atlantic. On this trip we plan to visit the site of Downton Abbey as well as touring other parts of Europe. As a retired Delta Captain I have seen many of these destinations, but Suzi cast a whole new light of where to go and things to see. Can't wait!

Suzi was very helpful in every aspect of planning our trip. After learning what we wanted generally, she provided a good amount of options to consider. When we decided on our specific cruise, Suzi helped us register and plan. She provided great advice, and was very responsive whenever we had questions. I can't think of anything Suzi could have done better. We really benefited from her skills and expertise.

We have done a fair amount of traveling in the US, Canada and Europe and made our own arrangements. Although things mostly worked out OK , a lot of research and planning went into the process. This time were planning to travel to Italy and friends recommended using the services of Suzi Dollman to arrange and book our trip as they had done. Suzi is personable and knowledgeable about the merits of various companies and helped us to select one that met our needs. She took care of every detail and helped us to save a lot of money on airfare She is amazingly good on the computer and was able to bring up pictures of various destinations to help us in our decision process. I would recommend Suzi's services to anyone who wants to travel with ease and confidence knowing that Suzi has taken care of the details!

The great cruise we couldn't take

Suzi is exceptionally knowledgeable on the differences between the cruise lines, specific ships, and Alaska cruises specifically. She is a pleasure to work with, gets things done immediately and right! Unfortunately we had to cancel a cruise recently due the to china virus, which she handled for us immediately with no cancellation fees. We will definitely call her again when this virus mess is over!

Suzi provides excellent, professional service from the first time you talk to her about selecting a trip. She is always helpful in suggesting alternative trips or cruise lines to consider and will work to find the best price that she can for you. Her excellent service continues through the booking process, selecting a cabin, tours and following up to ensure that final payments are made on time and that you have all the travel documents that you need for a particular trip. She has also helped us numerous times with booking changes as we approached our departure date. You can't go wrong calling her to plan a trip and we have referred her to our friends on numerous occasions.

Suzi takes all the stress and worry out of planning a cruise. We have used her services for both travel with just the two of us and with our family of up to twelve. We have booked many cruises with Suzi. She has been extremely attentive in every detail of our trips. Always finding the best staterooms and travel arrangements in our price range . My husband is tall and finds our long trips challenging; Suzi upon receiving seat assignments form Viking she immediately secures a couch seat with extra legroom for us. She is always pleasant; spending as much time needed to go thru trip selection and travel plans. We have recommended several friends that now use her exclusively. She is the best!

We have booked over 40 cruises with Suzi over the last 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and offers valuable insights on all the major cruise lines, individual ships and destinations. She maintains excellent communications lines with senior management for a large number of cruise lines. In the few instances when we have had a problem before or during a cruise, she has used these communications lines to resolve the issue expeditiously. She continuously monitors our cruise reservations to note any changes in fares, itineraries, etc. She notifies us immediately of such changes, and on many occasions has rebooked us at a much reduced fare when it became available. We would not consider going on a cruise without her help and guidance.

Suzi has arranged and booked many trips for me over the years when I was traveling with my husband or with friends. Suzi gives great advice for every stop on the itinerary so we can use our time to do just what we want to do, see amazing sights and often avoid the tourist-jammed areas. Suzi has arranged multi-day guided tours for us, for example, in Russia, and has also advised us about taking trains, renting cars, etc in destinations we wanted to explore on our own. Suzi handles all the details of bookings and transfers for cruises, and really researches the options for price, amenities and itineraries to get the most for our dollar. She is all about service. She makes sure we have all the information we need. She is willing and available to answer any questions or work with any special needs we may have.
