Planning a momentous wedding is a once in a lifetime event and I enjoy being a small part of the celebration by planning destination weddings.
Whether you are traveling to another country from Mexico to the islands of the Caribbean, Hawaii, or a castle in Europe I can arrange for you and your guests to be there for that special moment. Your special day also becomes a trip of a lifetime making memories with family and friends.
And weddings can be anything from a beach in the Caribbean, a mountain setting like in Switzerland, vineyard perhaps in Italy, a chateau in France, or the exquisite Ashford Castle in Ireland!
I will also assist with the research for requirements for a legal wedding at your destination or it can also be symbolic. And a wedding coordinator will be assigned to you for planning details such as music and entertainment, flowers, and decor. Your wedding will be the highlight of the trip for everyone.
And your destination also then becomes the honeymoon!
A variety of destinations can be found for various budgets. And destination weddings are fun no matter where you choose to go!

I have worked with Ingrid many times over the years with her booking flights and trips. There can not be an agent with more patience, as I am someone who is very particular on the flight times and itinerary that I want. Ingrid stays with it until you get what you are looking and always with a smile. With all the agents I have worked with over the years, she is the best. This is what Ingrid did recently for us: We booked a trip on the Rocky Moutaineer through the Canadian Rockies for a tri in June. It got cancelled due to Covid, but all they would do is give us vouchers for a future trip. Not knowing when they might be able to travel again, we wanted our down payment refunded to us, in which they refused. Ingrid kept after them and they finally agreed to a full refund. This the kind of travel agent you want!

Above and beyond is a phrase used often in customer service reviews. Ingrid definitely fits this description, but it isn't enough to describe her! Nowadays, most people book their trips by themselves using travel apps. However, your not guaranteed the personal experience you will receive with Ingrid. She will make you feel you are dealing with a friend and not a travel agent. She makes sure all your needs are attended to.
Her communication skills are off the charts. Whenever I or my sisters reached out to her, she would respond within minutes. Either through email or a phone call. She made sure I understood every aspect of my trip. I will be booking all my future trips with Ingrid. You should too!

She is very knowledgeable in the travel industry but what sets her apart is she truly cares for her clients and makes sure the have the easiest and greatest time on vacation. Ingrid is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped my husband and I plan the honeymoon of our dreams. She was always so great to keep us up to date on the latest Covid restrictions, travel changes, you name it. I’ve never had a trip go so smooth in my life. Traveling out of country, I was super nervous. Everything went so smooth, from the flight, to the shuttle service, to the hotel itself. It was absolutely perfect. I would recommend her to anyone.

First and foremost Ingrid is a true professional and conducts business with the utmost class. Very knowledgeable about destinations and once you tell her with are your likes and dislikes you have no worries. Your about to be on a trip of a life time knowing everything is taken care of. And all this peace of mind cost 75 dollars that us without a doubt the bargain of the day. Having used Ingrid for numerous trips I finally had to come up with my own itinerary for extended vacation after friends came down with the covid. Having booked through Ingrid for playa del carmen i was forced to come up with other plans for 13 days at a different destination due to our friends getting sick. After dealing with hotels and airlines for hours if you can't afford the 75 dollars for peace of mind knowing every detail is taken care of you probably shouldn't be traveling. I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

Ingrid is very customer service and detailed oriented. There are very few companies today that go above and beyond for their customers and in my 40 years as a traveler, Ingrid at Superior Travel is one of the best in the industry. Over the years, I've tried other travel agents and have always gone back to Superior Travel as their customer service and attention to details beats the competition. People are surprised I use a travel agent, but when I tell them that Superior Travel saved me more more money than the cost of their service as well a provide me with options that I would not of known of, they second guess their decision to not use a travel agent.
