I was nervous planning my first post-pandemic international trip so I enlisted Anita’s help because it had been 5 years since my last international trip so I was really rusty on international trip planning and I was overwhelmed just thinking about where to start. Anita is everything I want in a travel agent. She’s patient, listens, knows how to anticipate my needs, and provides solid recommendations based on my preferences but also does a great job providing options that extend outside my comfort zone that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. It made my trip even better than I could’ve anticipated.

Huge thank you to Anita for helping me plan this trip. I had an idea of my itinerary, but decided to reach out to her for help with finding a hotel with particular accommodations within my budget. She worked diligently to find me a hotel based on the needs I requested. She was always very responsive when I had questions and even delivered a printed itinerary before I left for my trip. She occasionally checked on me throughout my vacation, and when I returned. When I had an issue with the hold on my card from the hotel, she didn’t hesitate to call on my behalf and get the issue resolved. I highly recommend Anita at Bell House and will be using her again for a future vacation planning.

Before I found Bell House Travel, as a busy executive, I had to dedicate extra time to compare flights and determine how to utilize my travel points. However, once I discovered Bell House Travel, I simply provided Anita with my budget, preferred airlines, and travel dates, and she took care of everything else. Anita presented me with various flight options and made the booking process effortless. Furthermore, she even identified that I had enough points to cover one leg of the trip. I found her fee for booking my airline ticket to be reasonable and plan to use her services again in the future.
