Trip to Vegas!

Las Vegas was our first booking with Cheri. We wanted someone to do our ground work with ease and confidence. We definitely got that. Poor Cheri, though! I had so many picky/silly questions after not traveling for years and she was super cool and quick about answering everything for us. Our trip exceeded expectations with airfare and accommodations. We would absolutely use Cheri again for travel!

It's been wonderful working with Cheri! We've been fortunate enough to plan two Disney trips, during a pandemic, and couldn't have done it without her. She was there for us every step of the way, from early morning reservations to late night/last minute questions. Her knowledge of the parks, tips she passed along and in general, any recommendations she was able to provide, were invaluable. Cheri is the best! She’s super knowledgeable about all things Disney (Land and World)!! She can plan everything up to and including the tiniest details of your trip. She’s got a TON of tips and tricks and suggestions to make your visit magical. She even checked in with me right before our visit to make sure I was all set and see if I had any questions. It was our first trip with a baby and I was nervous but she walked me through every details, suggested what to pack, what to do and how to make the most of our trip. 100% recommend using Cheri for all your travel needs!!

My family had an awesome trip to Universal Studios through Cheri and we all loved it! We had great advice from Cheri on where to stay, where to eat, and what to do. I could not have done it without her! I loved all the little details of what to look for, especially with all the Harry Potter parks because that is what we were most excited about. Working with Cheri was the best! She helped us plan a last minute Disney World Christmas vacation. We choose to stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs resort. Let me tell you it did not disappoint! Cheri recommend that we add the Genie+ to our vacation package to make our wait times to rides and attractions much easier. It was very easy to use on the My Disney Experience app. It really did help and we got to ride and see everything we wanted. We also enjoyed having the opportunity to hop from park to park to see nightly shows. We also really enjoyed adding the photo package to our vacation. The cast members really made taking pictures so much fun and we really enjoyed having videos and photos from rides and attractions.

Cheri leaves absolutely no detail undone. If you take the time to read the information that she will provide you, there will be detailed information from the time you leave your home, arrive and enter the airport, what to expect on the plane, and once you land, what gate your connecting flight is, if you have one, along with a diagram that details approximately how far your next departing gate is. Where the bathrooms are in the airport and which ones are clean which ones are dirty. Where to pick up your transportation etc. etc. I’ve never had a travel agent as detailed and thorough as Cheri. She is absolutely heads and shoulders above any other travel agent I have had experience with. You can tell just by talking with Cheri, she has a passion to help people. If you want to have a smooth and stress-free vacation, give Cheri a try, just once and you will be hooked! Take my word for it, this travel agent is unbelievable!

Disney with a toddler

Our trip was absolutely magical thanks to Cheri. Taking a toddler to Disney for the first time is overwhelming and she helped to break down all the information for us so we could create a plan that worked for our family. She was patient when we made changes throughout the process and gave us invaluable insight that I wouldn't have otherwise received.
