She listened to our interests, did the research and provided us with options then made the arrangements for a trip we have always dreamed about. There were a lot of pieces to be put together such as people joining us midway through, travel by plane, train, boat, and rental car, diverse destinations and options at each place we visited. Everything came together seamlessly even with the changes we made along the way. Susan was friendly, efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable. It was a great trip put together by a great travel agent.

Sue at Lakeside Travel Agency helped us plan a perfect Ireland adventure for our family! She was very in tune to our needs and wishes to make the trip work for us! All the hotels were very conveniently located to the hub in the cities we chose- Dublin, Killarney and Galway. We enjoyed having a mix of touring on our own, and a couple planned excursions such as Howth electric bikes and a private tour of the Ring of Kerry.
